Ship 12 Units Per SKU
Days 3–7Once approved, ship 12 sealed retail units per SKU to Honest Fill via any standard carrier — UPS, FedEx, USPS, whatever works. Units must be standard production inventory pulled from your warehouse or retail shelf, not specially prepared samples. We'll send you the shipping address upon approval.
We Test. You Get Results.
Within 5 Business Days of ReceiptHonest Fill measures fill ratio on each unit using our standardized volumetric protocol. You receive a detailed pass/fail report for every SKU within 5 business days. If a SKU fails, we tell you exactly why and what fill rate it hit — so you know precisely what to fix before resubmitting.
Certification Issued + Mark Licensed
Days 14–21Passing brands receive the official Honest Fill mark files, usage guidelines, and their product listing on the Honest Fill certified brands directory. You can begin displaying the mark on packaging, website, and retail materials immediately.
Staying certified is just as simple
Each year, ship us another 12 units per SKU and we run the same test. That's the entire renewal process — no facility visits, no paperwork beyond your original application. Honest Fill also runs unannounced retail spot-checks where we buy your product off a shelf and test it independently. If you're filling honestly, renewal is automatic.
