Certification Mark

The Honest Fill mark is a registered certification mark. Use of the mark is permitted only by brands holding a current, valid Honest Fill certification and only in accordance with the Honest Fill Mark Usage Guidelines issued at the time of certification. Unauthorized use of the Honest Fill mark is prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

Application Submissions

By submitting a certification application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Honest Fill reserves the right to deny certification to any applicant at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Honest Fill's liability in connection with certification services is limited to the fees paid in the applicable certification period. Honest Fill makes no warranty that certification will prevent litigation, regulatory action, or consumer harm.
